Condutas dos profissionais de enfermagem com os resíduos sólidos de saúde produzidos no domicílio.

Resumo:
**Objetivo:** descrever as condutas dos profissionais de enfermagem, no manejo de resíduos sólidos do serviço de saúde. **Métodos:** estudo descritivo de corte transversal que observou 231 visitas domiciliares realizadas por 15 profissionais de enfermagem atuantes num serviço de atenção domiciliar. **Resultados:** Durante as visitas domiciliares foram gerados resíduos sólidos de saúde, sendo 49,5% do grupo A, 35% do grupo D e 15,5% do grupo E. Em nenhuma visita os resíduos dos grupos A e D foram acondicionados e descartados de forma correta. Os resíduos do grupo E foram descartados em recipientes rígidos em 83,9% das visitas, porém em 37,5% das visitas foram descartados em recipientes rígidos próprios para essa finalidade. **Conclusão: **durante as visitas domiciliares foram produzidos resíduos sólidos de saúde de diferentes grupos e foram identificadas algumas falhas durante o manejo e descarte destes resíduos, tornando-se premente a conscientização e capacitação dos profissionais geradores, nesse nível de atenção.
